No "Linked Accounts" option in settings

Problem description

I am trying to follow https://docs.docker.com/docker-hub/builds/link-source/, but I see no "Linked Accounts" option.

You need to have a Docker Pro, Docker Team, or Docker Business plan in order to link accounts since Automated Builds is only available to those plans.

I will see to have the alert at the top of this docs page added to all of the Automated Builds docs pages to make it more clear.
