For enabling 2FA for my docker account I did receive a key value however, when entered into the app (google authenticator) I received an error that this key is too short. Comparing the number of characters with other accounts I had registered, I noticed that all others have at least 3 characters more. Therefore I conclude this to be an issue on your end to fix.
