How set default repo visibility to private?

I've subscribed to 'pro'. When I push a new image, it automatically creates a public repo. But I need a way to set the new repo type private or to be able to push the image with a flag that creates a private repo.

Is there any way to achieve the goal?

Yes, there is! You can find the repository settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right on Hub.
