Whenever i connect cisco vpn and try to downlaod any image kitematic throws error:Timeout error - Try and restart your VM by running:

Does it still work from the terminal / command line?

No its same issue with terminal "Docker Quickstart Terminal"

Are you on Docker for Mac/Windows? If not you should set up the proxy via: https://github.com/docker/kitematic/wiki/Common-Proxy-Issues-&-Fixes
