All authentication is disabled, Anyone who can connect to this server will be able to run code. [C 07:56:17.030 NotebookApp] Running as root is not recommended. Use --allow-root to bypass.Cluster is already running with [pid=8]. use "ipcluster stop" to stop the cluster. how to solve this problem? can any body help me? issue 1

can you guide me how to fix this issue now? i am new to use badland and no background of computer science.

[I 20:15:33.896 NotebookApp] Serving notebooks from local directory: /root [I 20:15:33.896 NotebookApp] 0 active kernels [I 20:15:33.896 NotebookApp] The Jupyter Notebook is running at: http://localhost:8888/ [I 20:15:33.896 NotebookApp] Use Control-C to stop this server and shut down all kernels (twice to skip confirmation).

Also why is notebook not getting opened in the browser automatically?
