It looks like tape package --manifest-dir=manifest/testdata/ --output-image=ttl.sh/7a4f40ee-8b3b-41ec-98a3-04e438c6beec/all still has some reproducibility issues...

Turns out the results were legitimately different because I checkout a different branch between two consecutive invocations ;)
