docker on netbeans 8.2 on ubuntu is not working #449

Into ubuntu 18.04 and netbeans8.2 the connection for docker into service panel is not working. Wen i try to connect at docker , automatically the docker panel use 127.0.0.1:2375 . But i get : connection not possible

I also have the same issue, does anybody have a solution for this
