Docker Machine fails to install on Windows 7 #1754

After installing Docker Toolbox 1.8.1b on Windows 7, I have launched Docker Quickstart Terminal and am experiencing a failure that prevents the machine from successfully starting. I have copy/pasted the full output below from Docker Quickstart Terminal. Any workarounds would be appreciated as Docker isn't usable for me because of this issue. The first error message seen appears to be: STDERR: VBoxManage.exe: error: Code E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057) - One or more arguments are invalid (extended info not available) VBoxManage.exe: error: Context: "RemoveRedirect(Bstr(ValueUnion.psz).raw())" at line 1767 of file VBoxManageModifyVM.cpp
