Forward mysql ports to be able to use de mysql on the dinghy machine #22

I had problems trying to connect to the mysql in dinghy (xhvye) , only when i forwarded the ports i was able to connect to it

I'm not sure if opening the port is the best way, since if you have multiple pimcore projects running it will conflict. I have not put any further thought in it to put other services than http(s) behind an extra proxy to make this work
