Update the deprecated callbacks and the native to the current omp version #9

At present, it seems that the include file of omp is contained in the qawno ide folder of release.

The native samp functions (deprecated and renamed) remain in omp-node-lib and can't be removed to the repository for a while

I should have dealt with some deprecated callbacks and native, but I haven't been able to merge the wrapper into core yet
