Allow user arguments #12

Fix for https://github.com/docksal/addons/issues/11

It definitely can use even more improvements in future, since now when there are arguments in the cli the sub-site can be non-default (fin uli -l subsite) and sed "s/default/$VIRTUAL_HOST/" will not function properly. But thats for future. Thanks!
