pma and adminer is not installed on fin version: 1.110.1 #81

[PRE-INSTALL] ERROR: Start the project with fin start first Pre-install hook has failed and aborted the installation. because on line https://github.com/docksal/addons/blob/master/pma/pma.pre-install#L17 is grep "Up" but correct grep "running": fin ps | grep "_cli_" | grep "running" sl_cli_1 "/opt/startup.sh sup…" cli running (healthy) 9000/tcp

Docksal version: v1.17.0 fin version: 1.110.1

and adminer not installed too
