Cross posting here in case this is an issue with docksal vs drupal console.

 PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Drupal\Console\Core\Utils\DrupalFinder::getVendorDir() in /var/www/docroot/vendor/drupal/console-core/src/Utils/DrupalFinder.php:24
