It seems PHP 8.2 is not available yet, I saw it has a branch at https://github.com/docksal/service-cli/tree/feature/php-8.2 but it seems the tests failed

Yes, PHP 8.2 is WIP. There are no issues specific to this version. It's the fragile nature of the tests that makes it close to impossible to produce a green build and release 😞

I ran it locally, it failed on ODBC from MS, once removed it worked
