Option to force HTTPS load #50

This is a result of https://github.com/docksal/addons/issues/45.

There should be an option to force load an URL with HTTPS, e.g. when using the code-server (VSCode) addon (to be published) it should automatically load through HTTPS. Currently it allows both HTTP and HTTPS.
