By default, Docker has a parent cgroup of "docker". However, Github Actions sets the parent cgroup to "actions_job", causing docker-gen to break when it attempts to get the current container ID.
Building our own docker-gen binary is required until such time that its maintainer fixes the above referenced issue (not being able to support non-default cgroups).
We just need to decide how we want to handle including the docker-gen source. Leave as is? Git clone and apply a patch generated by the above commit?
