"Popular Keywords" button on Notebooks search page has inconsistent styling #5901

Describe the bug The UI styling for the "Popular Keywords" button on Notebooks search page is different from the Workflows and Tools search pages.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://qa.dockstore.org/search?entryType=notebooks&searchMode=files
  2. See that the "Popular Keywords" button looks different than the button on the workflows and tools search pages.

Expected behavior The "Popular Keywords" button should be consistent across all search pages
