Formatting in "Print PDF" export #340

Looks like a promising project! The main usage idea that comes to my mind is creating project documentation for clients. In this case the tool is used internally to collaboratively create the documentation which will be provided to the client as a PDF file.

I see several minor issues with the formatting in the PDF file which has been exported with the Print PDF functionality:

Maybe some of these issues if not all of them could be fixed with custom CSS code for the print view. But I have not yet looked into how the PDF print function is implemented.

Also I do see the fact that only single pages can be exported into a PDF file as a limitation. It would be even better if all pages including subpages would be rendered into a PDF file including a title page, followed by an index of all headers with linked page numbers.

Overall it looks like the export functionality is seen more as an "additional option" than a core feature which surprises me a little, since it seems very common to me to create user manuals or project documentation as PDF Files for customers.

i. Will have that fixed. ii & iii. Enable background graphics option in your browser’s print dialog. iv. Will look into it.
