Rename: `files/` ▶︎ `static/`, `documents/` ▶︎ `render/`

Elsewhere, DocPad is now using static/ instead of files/ for clarity. (After all, all of DocPad consists of “files”. ☺)

This project should rename its files/ directory accordingly.

The same goes for documents/, which should be render/.
