Hyperlink bug #4

Clicking on the hyperlink to see the modal, unreliable in two ways:

1. Sometimes the modal doesn’t appear and I need to click elsewhere on the screen and then the hyperlink again to see it.

2. Sometimes the modal shows up in the wrong place: the row on top of the hyperlink, the row under it, right on top of the hyperlink, to it’s left, or right, or far from the hyperlink, usually at the very bottom corner of the page, sometimes so far down that you need to scroll to click it.

Steps to replicate:

1. Click on a hyperlink
2. Click anywhere else on the page
3. Click the same hyperlink again
4. Repeat a few times - each time it will show up at a different place.
