VMWare Popup on VM Start: Unable to initialize resourecs #2

Co-worker recieved a popup on start after running "sudo vmware -i; vmware", was unable to start VMs. New Kubuntu 13.10 with nvidia-319 driver. Tracking issue, will post screenshots when he gets them to me. If anyone else reads this and has seen, I'll take logs/screenshots, too.
