Cant create segments #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a C3D File
2.Select 2 markers
3.Right Click, New segment
4.In the segment tab the markers dont show to create the links

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's suppose to show the markers so yo can create the links, but it dont show 
anything

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Im using the 0.6.2 version

Please provide any additional information below.

The way to create a segment was modified in Mokka 0.6.2 to fix the issue #46.

Instead of presenting all the possible combination of links between selected 
markers, it is now needed to create them.

To create a link, you have to select two markers in the 3D view and press the 
key 'e'. It will create one link in the 3D view and add it in the list of links.

This is the same for the faces. Select 3 markers in the 3D view and press the 
key 'f'. It will create one face as well as the three associated links.

The box "Note" is a reminder for the key to use.

Let me know if this resolve your problem.
