Output Snippet For Each Template Defined

Currently when users provide an output directory we render and output only the default snippet template. We should output asnippet for each template where the names are _ which perhaps an exception for default which would just be named by the identifier.

For now not going to make an exception for the default template. If we have a snippet with an identifier ofexample_snippet and we have two templates default and raw Snippext will generate two files to the output directory assuming the output extension is md
