New wifi settings #21

Peepaw got a new router and wants to update the controller with the new wifi settings.

Also enhanced the sensor scanner to scan for 5 devices in one for loop, instead of only checking for device 0.

Also added a GUIDE to tell me how to come back to fishtank development after a ling time and completely forgetting how it's done. Specifically, how to set up the dev environment.
