Add DrD branded launch images

This replaces the launch image for iPhones with static screens that more closely match our opening screen. It replaces the boilerplate's branding.

I left a few of them all pink because I wasn't sure how that opening screen would render at these screen sizes anyway, so I figured we'd come back to these at a later point to get all the pixels perfect.
