  1. Are you in a monogamous relationship with another HIV-negative guy? Yes/ no / not sure (Click on monogamous to define that – box pops up “Monogamous means that you and your partner only have sex with each other.”) If yes, stop. “If both you and your partner are HIV-negative and only have sex with each other, then you can’t get HIV. So PrEP might not be right for you. Talk to your doctor or click here for more information about PrEP.” If no or not sure, continue

DELETE ABOVE QUESTION. INSTEAD:

3a. “Do you have more than one sex partner?” yes/no/not sure. If the answer is yes or not sure, then go to 4. If no, then go to 3b.

3b. “Does your one sex partner only have sex with you?” Yes/no/not sure. If the answer is no or not sure, then 4. If yes, go to 3c.

3c. “Is your one sex partner HIV-positive?” Yes/no/not sure. If the answer is yes or not sure, then go to 4. If no, then stop and say: “ “If both you and your partner are HIV-negative and only have sex with each other, then you can’t get HIV. So PrEP might not be right for you. Talk to your doctor or click here for more information about PrEP.””
