Replace 'Recommendations' page icon #26

We found great icon for the recommendation page in the footer: doctor with stethoscope. It matches the standard story that you fill out your history questionnaire first, and then the doctor comes in to give you recommendations.

But it's not clear from the ReactNative Pro docs how to use the FontAwesome icons, even though it says they are supported. We opened an issue for this on their repo — https://github.com/start-react/native-starter-kit/issues/32 — so hopefully they can tell us how to do it.

Not as high a priority for now, so we can come back to this later.
