Update privacy policy language #38

I've gone over the privacy language but before attempting to clean it up more i need some help in understanding exactly how our app is handling data -- where it's stored, whether there are identifiers used, etc. @kchia

@kennethkatz: At this time, no information ever leaves your device. The only information stored on your device is:

which of the 4 possible recommendation states you landed in
if you hit the switch to turn on reminders
when your next reminder date is set for
a unique id used by the native Reminders.app for the reminder that DrD created

Privacy policy draft created and placed in MVP drive. Should be considered provisional until reviewed and approved by an attorney or other person with expertise in privacy issues. Additionally, the privacy policy mentions means of deleting info, as below, so this functionality should be built into the app, or the privacy policy would have to be modified to exclude this option.

Need to update code to reflect updated privacy policy.

Looks like Terms of Use hasn't been added.
