Henry and I are working on this at the moment, in the branch recommendation-page.

[x] Set up an initial "Recommendations Page" that gives them options to Find a Testing Center or Set Reminders
[x] Create initial view for list of testing centers, using dummy data.
[x] Hook up to Locator API to find these locations live, using a hard-coded location.
[x] Get the users' location to pass to Locator API
[x] Display the results in a Map view

The core of this is all done. Now we are just cleaning up some graphical bugs
