Integrate STD Testing and Vaccination APIs into Care Locator

@kennethkatz: I tried the first link — STD testing locator API: https://gettested.cdc.gov/ — but couldn't get any results to appear.

The second one — Vaccination locator API: http://vaccine.healthmap.org/ — has lots of good results and provides information on exactly which type of test each location provides. The downside is they don't seem to provide a public api for us to use. We can probably make it work but it requires reverse-engineering their undocumented api.

• One risk with using an undocumented API is they could change it and break any of our results that depend on it.

I've sent the service an email & public tweet asking if they offer a public API.
