Implement "Shield Ship" #23

The "Shield Ship" is a new enemy type which is effectively a moving Halo-style bubble shield. It should have low HP, feature no weapons and move slowly but the large shield it radiates protects everything inside it from external bullets causing damage.

Shield ship has been implemented. Needs some tweaks.
