Implement "Barrage Ship" #24

The "Barrage Ship" is a new enemy type which is long range missile-firing ship. It should have medium HP, move slowly and only fire at long-range. The players should be able to destroy these missiles by shooting them to protect themselves and the CShip.

Barrage ship is now added into game. Has placeholder textures.
