Cursor doesn't reappear if the CShip dies while the player is dead #5

This makes accessing the restart button and the main menu difficult.

During network play the game removes the cursor for all players whenever someone dies

Partially fixed via https://github.com/doctorspoof/SpaceShooter/commit/2b1e61dd057dcd40adc5e127b2ad465d1b9e6159. <-- This should make the cursor reappear when the CShip dies
