synchronization in gpicsync doesn't work in versions 1.29 and 1.30 #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. synchronization process

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see nothing in program window after notification string that process start 
(Beginning synchronization with Time zone is Europe/Moscow and maximum time 
difference = 300 seconds/Creating an 'originals-backup' folder./Starting to 
generate a Google Earth file (doc.kml) in the picture folder ... ) and nothing 
is synchronized at all and no log file created. It doesn’t depend on what 
options checked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.29 and 1.30. Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Version 1.28 works correctly on my system

I have the same OS than you (in English) but can't reproduce the problem with  
my data. Can you please send me a gpx and 1 or 2 pictures which doesn't work 
for you so I can attempt to reproduce it and track the problem.

Also are your folder and pictures names with ascii characters?
