Move package infection/infection to dev dependencies #11

Infection should be required only as a dev dependency. See: https://github.com/doctrine/automatic-releases/commit/ffb821d46c276e35937183c33340201a988d2c32#diff-2639bfc189291b548f1c5330fb410d47

composer.lock was updated via composer update infection/infection --with-dependencies.
