Removing the "Issues" link on the project page #145

All the Issues links on the Projects page point to the JIRA bugtracker that has been closed for quite a while now.

We could change every single link, but I don't think we need any link at all as long we point to the Github repo. Any developer smart enough to be able to contribute knows that there is an issue tracker on Github.

@fridde I added the issue link back but at least now the configuration is a little bit cleaner.
