Update .gitattributes export-ignore settings #82

Updates the .gitattributes file to exclude the newly added .github directory with export-ignore attribute, and cleans-up the Travis CI entries that are no longer there.

It also adds a diff=php entry for PHP files so the diff files show nicer diff outputs if the contributors Git configuration does not set this already.
