[DOC-236] App Store and App API

• Allowing the community to build upon Documenso is one of our signing platform's core values
• Apart from forking and PRing Documenso the project should have a dedicated App-API to enable developers to create handy extensions for specific use cases others can adopt at their own discretion
• From Integrations to UI extensions everything is possible, though some things should grow into a PR if very fundamental and widely used
• All created apps will be part of the repository and available to the whole community
• Activating Apps will be possible through an App Store UI, build into the settings

Hey Daniel, no one is currently working on this as we're all focused on the redesign work which will come with significant code changes.

Unfortunately I'd suggest not starting on this just yet as things are likely to change quite a bit in the coming month or so! You can see the current redesign work on the refresh branch.

I'll try and get our near-term roadmap onto Github shortly so we can collaborate more closely 😇

Not too many major things will change in the upcoming weeks but given that our apps will need a way to hook back into the system I felt that it might cause some unnecessary frustration.

That said if you feel up to drafting or outlining the work you plan on doing I'm happy to review it 😄
