8 years ago Different scope: Even on the first page of search results, quoted phrases are getting searched as separate words. Search results are identical to "the" and "a" and "south": https://www.documentcloud.org/search/Account:%202258-ted-han%20Filter:%20Published%20Text:%20the%20Text:%20a%20Text:%20south
Neither phrase appears in either document, though the individual words do.
When searching for a term with quotes around it, the search functions strips the quoted term into two separate search words when advanced to the second page
