Accept an options hash in the params for the include_javascripts helper #209

whoops, mistaken commit message here states that #include_stylesheets is modified, when in fact it's #include_javascripts.

include_stylesheets already supports an options hash.

Closing this request and submitting a new request for a commit with the right commit message.
