what os the use in document cloud viewer ?

This issue should probably be over in https://github.com/documentcloud/document-viewer/issues

But the DocumentViewer is a web based viewer, and OS (and roughly speaking, browser) independent. The repo we use to build it should also be OS independent (although most development is done on Macs).
