remove #34

just delete this. seems pointless since it won't be the preferred way to use jammit in rails 3 anyway.

Thanks for the warning, but this is part of the Rails 3 upgrade -- they shuffled the boot order a good deal, and Rails.root doesn't get it's proper value until later on. Closing this ticket in favor of the already open one.
