How can I allow one facet for once in a search? #62

How can we setup visuablsearch to allow one facet to be selected only once ?

e.g on example at http://documentcloud.github.com/visualsearch/

If I have selected "Country" once in a search box, the country facet should not be shown again ?

I tried to look for some documentation, but didn't get lucky.
