Offer to deactivate navis-documentcloud plugin if installed #38

Currently, if the Navis DocumentCloud plugin is installed, DC displays a warning:

You have two conflicting DocumentCloud plugins activated. Please deactivate Navis DocumentCloud, which has been replaced by DocumentCloud.

In addition to displaying the warning, offer to deactivate the plugin.
