Implement basic library tests for mobile UI

The ticket aims to implement common Library tests to verify mobile UI / mobile browser viewport resolution.

The scope includes the following areas

• Account / Admin menu
• banner image
• entity viewer: action buttons
• page viewer: orientation, page BOM search field, HPLs... ... TBD
