Add donation link #187

Hi,

I think it would be great for the project to have a donation link if users who selfhost or don't have the knowledge to contribute code can assist this project.

@user8446 thanks for the suggestion, at the moment we do not plan to collect donations. We support the open-source development thanks to the customers that choose the 'Pro' product with more features.
