Wrong link to jar download #53

The README states:

Others Or you can manually download and add the following JARs to your project: The docusign-esign-java-2.4.0 JAR.

But that link doesn't bring you to a jar download, just to the release github feed of the project...

ah I just realised when scrolling down that releases previous to 2.3.0 had links to jar files in the release feed. It has been skiped with the two latest releases only...

@zabojad we are removing the option to download binaries from the repos, soon we will no longer have any on this repo. I know it's an arguable decision and that's why we offer alternatives like BinTray: https://bintray.com/dsdevcenter/maven/docusign-esign-java#files/com%2Fdocusign%2Fdocusign-esign-java%2F2.4.0
