PHP: Can we create tabs for the pages or is it too hard and we have to stay with links. #10

I'm noting the other issues. I abandoned the tabs because it was taking too much time to get them to work right.

got it. Can you work with Chris from Marketing on figuring out a design that makes it look like we have several different distinct functions on top? Thanks!
