<UK>RC500S Parking mode issue #10

UK retailer suggested us to add the low-Bit-rate mode instead of current parking mode, which will solve all problems with the parking mode at all, such as “movement detection” problems. If the low-bit-rate function can not be integrated on the current product line. He also suggest to add a 15fps with 5mbps@1080p. Currently with the 128GB memory card camera is able to record about 8hours in normal recording mode, when the low-bitrate will be activated, camera will be able to record 24hours, or even 48hours (in 15FPS).

Reference: "Street Storm CVR-A7810-A already use this mode (low-bite-rate), and the customers was very impressive, we also was very impressive- very useful and very good parking mode (batter than thinkware F770). "

Discussed with RD and came up with a few different possible solution, this is a change that will change the overall structure of the software and required testing time, will not be ready in anytime soon.
