mock is part of the stdlib as of py3.3 as unittest.mock #8

Not sure this module is fully functional/actively developed, but if it is then this PR will allow it to be added to octoDNS's test-module list https://github.com/octodns/octodns/blob/4bcc8200b2b591e847620b282398aeb2bdf209d3/.github/workflows/modules.yml#L13-L37.

I found the module/repo in pypi and went to add it as part of https://github.com/octodns/octodns/pull/951, but ran into problems running it with ./script/test-module that this PR along with https://github.com/doddo/octodns-lexicon/pull/7 will fix.
